A Look Back at Struts 1

Struts 1.0 debuted in 2001—a big year for technology. That was the same year the first iPod hit the shelves, forever changing how we listened to music. Fast forward to 2013, and while The Office aired its final episode, something even more relevant (at least for this blog) happened: Struts 1.3 reached its end of official support.

Over its 12-year run, Struts 1 powered countless enterprise applications. But just because official support ended doesn’t mean those applications disappeared.

Our security engineers analyzed every CVE and patched them all, ensuring that our Never-Ending Support version of Struts 1.3 is compliant, secure, and ready to go.
