Job Responsibilities
- Drive and own the renewal processes in collaboration from reach out and negotiation to confirmation
- Work closely with the Sales teams to retain customer contracts, secure renewal and support the accounts’ growth
- Negotiate renewal terms to align with the customer and the company goals
- Maintain a rolling 90-day renewal forecast by segment and/or territory
- Proactively build and identify opportunity signals and generate expansion opportunities (up-sell, add-on, cross-sell, etc.); Ability to achieve success driving revenue expansion at renewal point
- Enhance the renewals process playbook to maximize account and ARR retention
- Handle escalations relating to contract questions, negotiations, and requests
- Identify Process gaps to improve efficiency
- Ability to achieve success with at-risk customer renewals
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated success managing client relationships
- Demonstrated understanding of revenue principles and revenue forecasting
- Highly data-driven mindset and passion for analytics
- Excellent communication skills (writing, listening, phone, documentation)
- 3+ years of relevant experience in a client-facing role ideally in SaaS companies
- Strong negotiation, presentation and closing skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, results-oriented, and energetic team player
- Capable of high performance and flexibility working in a dynamic environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven experience with owning a renewal process E2E
- Experience in working closely with cross-functional teams (sales, finance, legal) in order to reach primary goals
- Approaches work with empathy and a creative, problem-solving mindset
