Job Summary and Responsibilities
HeroDevs is seeking a Partner Success Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing relationships with Open Source Software partners. Your focus will be on understanding their business goals, monitoring and improving partnership performance, and ensuring the successful marketing of our joint efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Relationship Management:
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing partners.
- Serve as the main point of contact for partners, addressing their needs and concerns.
- Conduct regular meetings and check-ins to understand partner goals and challenges.
- Assist in creating relationships with new partners.
- Performance Monitoring and Improvement:
- Monitor partnership performance metrics and marketing results.
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and provide actionable insights.
- Work closely with partners to implement strategies that enhance outcomes.
- Reporting and Communication:
- Deliver detailed reports on partnership performance and marketing results.
- Communicate effectively with partners to keep them informed about progress and new opportunities.
- Ensure partners have the necessary information and resources to succeed.
- Marketing Coordination:
- Look for anomalies in marketing results.
- Work closely with the marketing team to address and consistently improve partner performance.
- Resource Leveraging and Business Leadership:
- Collaborate with internal teams to leverage company resources for partner benefit.
- Facilitate access to technical support, marketing tools, and other resources.
- Advocate for partners’ needs within HeroDevs to ensure they receive appropriate support.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in partner management, account management, or a related role.
- Experience working with enterprise-level clients or customers or accounts.
- Experience with typical business productivity applications such as Google Docs.
- Strong understanding of Open Source Software and its ecosystem.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong, long-term relationships.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Proactive and strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
It’s a plus if you have any of the following experience:
- Marketing

- Project management
